I have a list of jobs I save for wet days and also save the forest jobs for windy cold days,it is possible to work with the weather..

Usually I go do paper work or repairs, but I'm subbing to local tree firm at mo, so the other day spent all day felling and chipping in torrential rain to finish a job, was'nt sure in the end if my boots were leaking or if it had run in from the top :001_cool:

Went to site this morning with Geoff we would have loved to have been able to work in the rain but the site was a quagmire bog, so I processed logs for the rest of the day.

Hope you got the bearing sorted mate.

Yes mate, I cut the old shell off the stub axle, slipped the new bearings in after a clean up, piece of cake& no wonky wheel!

Got it done just before the rain started.

It would have been great to get that job dusted Daniel, but hey ho, we will!

Get on with it, Doris. My chip pile needs topping up.
