Terms and Conditions

Hi chaps I'm hoping one of you good folk will be able to help, I haven't been supplying terms and conditions with my quotes recently (more fool you I'll here you say) anyway the wifecutery didn't back our old terms and conditions up and you guessed it the computer died and thats the last of them.

So I'm scrounging for a copy of terms and conditions preferably a template if anyone has one and would be so kind to let me have a copy. If you don't have template a hard copy would be good as I can change it to suit my needs. Most of the contents won't be relevant to me as I only do plant health care, I'm really only after payment terms, cancellation procedure, sorry for rambling on lol.

Anyway I'll give Steve Bullman a tenner for the Childrens Trust Arbtalks chosen charity for the first template that comes along :001_smile:

Thanks for any help cheers Lee

Hey folks I found this old thread while doing a search for a T&C template. Don't think I can download a copy without joining the arb association. Does anyone have a general template I could use for both tree work and landscaping on commercial and domestic sites? I need to hand in a quote for a building firm and if its accepted I want a good percentage of the materials bill up front and don't want to be waiting six months for payment after completion.

PM me your email. I have some from a company I used to work for. They should at the very least give you a starting point.

Hi, I'm the chairman of the awg, we produced a set of t and c. You don't have to be a member. Go into help for arborists on AA website, it's all in there.
