no it wont be fixed to the floor but it is ok,next time im gonna use oak butress sections so that it is wider on the bottom and narrower on the top,you could even concrete big posts in the ground and buid off that,the possibilities are endless!!

Cracking mate.

 

Especially like the wafty uprights at the back.

 

You've just given me the incentive to dust my Alaskan down and start milling again.

 

I'll post some pics of the first thing I make with the Leyllandii tops I seem to be wading through at the mo!

you better be quik dan, marks gonna get some benches on ebay before ya :P really smart that, good if you have the resources :D

IMO try the danish oil some veggi oils go rank after a while especially outside.

Farmers market and shows are a good idea people like to sit and try out, Sell a flat pack version easier to get in car( going by other peoples mistakes).

 

What set up have you got (saw) with the mill, I'm looking for something a bit smaller than the logasol big mill.
