Strange to see a lot of people pissed at the police for getting caught speeding!

I aint a saint myself and probably speed all the time but if I get caught I can hardly complain about it now can I?

If its 1 or 2 mph over and you get nicked then yeah a good old fashioned winge would be in order but when its nearly 30%..

Anyway well in for not getting any points.

Deffo my kind of ticket too. :thumbup1:

I am sort of going to defend the 'blue rinse brigade' on this. Speeding is an issue in Thorner where I live where cars are coming into the village at nearly 50mph when they should only be doing 30mph. I walk along side the road with my 2 1/2 year old son and it can be scarey for him with cars speeding by. The radar gun held by the the 'busy bodies' might make the locals slow down and watch their speed.

In the 2 weeks before I started with Bartletts I was caught speeding twice and I was doing less than the 41mph stated above. It would have been good to have recieved that kind of letter rather than 6 points and paying out £120. It didn't look good to my new boss especially as I became a driver.
