Nice one! Good luck with the assessment. Most people are average, and happy to be so. Which I think is very strange, which makes you normal in my book, unless of course you are strange, in which case Andy C is plain odd. You could just be very progressive in your thinking, in which case you'll be normal in the future, but presently abnormal. I run parrallel to this progression, maintaining a nominal distance from weird.

:crazy:[..so if im normal according to you theory..(Cerne thinks)...surley if parrel is to; being odd is normality cunnigly disgusied as a banna!

cheers kriss....any other tips from anyone?i got told yesterday i just got to plan ahead a bit more..i tend to get up the tree then plan what im going to do...i tend to think on my feet so to speak.

always good to have a bit of a plan worked out prior to getting up there,this way your look confident and on the ball,instead of getting straight up there cutting away then leaving yourself bad work positioning!!
