That's what you get for walking under the tree without your lid on, bloody knacked.

Had a lad from college gaining experience with me one day and he was chugging down the stem when I told him to come down as we could fell what was left, unknown to me he had left the last chog on top of the pole without chucking it down. I then proceeded to put the gob in and back cut, it was s boiling day and we had finished all cutting so the lid came off, pushed the standing stem oven only to be knocked to my knees, didn't know what had happened until 5 mins later as I inspected the top if the stem hmmmmmm silly me

Last year one of my 200t's kicked back, chain & bar finished up flat on my chest, about 3" from my throat, had to have a sit down for a minute or 2 after that i can tell you.

Not saw related but 3 weeks ago was loading little rings onto truck with a hand sappie, the last lump was a biggie, maybe 10 kilo, lifted with sappie at head height to go on top of load and ring fell off,and blunt end of sappie hit me on eye socket.

When i fell out of truck back home mrs oldwoodcutter wanted to get me stiched up,but after a couple of hours of ice pack on,it stopped bleeding.
