Never had the patience for sailing - an immaturity no doubt. Have had a succession of RIBs over the years; Zodiacs and such like, current one is moored in Scilly and doesn't get to play much :sad: Am planning on buying a beam trawler some day, comes with Cornish blood.

I used to have a Pilgrim 25 but had to sell it to help finance a house purchase. Used to have it moored just below York at Acaster on the Ouse

 

This is the kind of boat I want.

my pals dad used to have one like that, he called it a work boat. pretty basic with a big diesel engine.:001_smile:

 

That's how I intend to justify one to our lass Stevie, "it's a work boat love,for work" anything for work is ok :001_tongue:
