Would not have thought it would last a year. I deliver loose 1.1 cubic metre loads and my regulars take about 6 or 7 loads a season - and I wish I got there price for it!! £233 for a bag is ridiculous.

I tried buying some stock in from them last November and they only had one crate in the UK!!

It sounds to me as though they aren't charging enough if they sold out by November.

Depends how big the stove is. Most of my customers with 5kw or under stoves ( about 85% of what I sell are 5kw or less) take 2 cube a winter, some 3. They are running the stove most evenings and at weekends.

All CW are doing is fishing for new customers, most new stoves have a CW leaflet inside them. I remove and bin them !!.

It is rumoured that quite a bit of their kilned product may be imported, this is not what their advertising material says. One of the CW guys is a member here, perhaps he can put that record straight.

If you're that concerned about it why not call them up and ask them rather than spreading further rumours on an open forum under a pseudonym

I am not in the least concerned about how CW choose to run their business, thats up to them. However if that post is upsetting please remove that paragraph, I have no wish to offend. I have no dealings with CW so any answer would follow their advertising. I prefer to be in charge of my own destiny firewood wise.
