Cant beat the torque of the old saws. May not be the fastest compared to newer saws but they wont die as soon as you push hard on them.

Even the likes of the 051 89cc will bury a 42" bar to its hilt and pull it.

used it for a couple of hours last night, managed to get through almost all of the big stuff i had sitting about.

 

huge difference between this and any other saw I have used, never bogged down once, even with the full bar in a huge chunk of dry beech.
