We just had a demo on the Jensen a540t and love it, forst is a good macine, we hired one to try for two weeks and got on well with it

i wonder if they will fall to bits like most chippers after 500hrs

The a530 I used to use was still bullet proof at 1500 hours, the a540t really impressed us

The A540t I use is well over that, 10 years old and still good. I'll let you know about the tr6 in another 250 hours of abuse, some worrying problems showing up but should be warranty items.

Sorry I made a mistake, it's an A530t, I also use an A340t which is 9" and confused the numbers.

Never mind the problems, I'm sure they are only teething problems.

 

Today I had a problem with my A540di so I called Matt Smith (Redwood) and explained the problem.

It's Saturday so Redwood were closed but Matt talked me through a few suggestions. His first idea worked!

 

Now that is good service and that's why I will keep buying Redwood chippers!
