Sorry to hear about the chipper. A guy near me had the same happen to him, fake bankers draft on a Saturday so by the time he took it to the bank in the Monday it was too late.

I assume the Police are involved? You say the contact was via Ebay, do they have details of the buyer?

 

Did you have CCTV of the guy, reg number of the towing vehicle?
