Mines been great. Still in one piece after 18 months. I rarely drop it onto the strop tho'. It only seems to be tricky to start after I let someone else use it. Guess that's down to the autotune.

Add to that: Doesn't start easily if it's cold, warm or hot or if the weather changes or in the morning or in the afternoon!

 

Mine starts easily no matter what the situation .

Actually, it restarts perfectly if it's within 2 seconds of switching off!

Do you climb with it running? I watched a subby (a very good one) carry out a big reduction on a large tree, he didn't switch his saw off once.

If I climb with it running it stalls after a while and is a bitch to start. Presumably because it's warm or hot or morning or raining or afternoon or windy.

How frustrating. We bought a new one recently but I let our new climber have it because my old one works great and I don't want to change it for one that might not work as well or crack. I handed my old 560 down and kept the new one though!

I replaced the 201 last week the upgraded model with the husky have to say it totally destroys it weve done takedowns to crown reductions this week and last week and not found its limit I know theres mixed opinions on them and was aware of this when buying but mines great so far
