Just got a pair of Pfanner Gladiator Ventilation, most comfy pants I have ever climb in or worn, you can zip open or closed the vents, open cuffs at the bottom promote air circulation  from me.

Regards

The new stretch air type c's are dyneema. Think a few ppl on here have them. Am getting a pair at the arb show:biggrin:

Recently bought a pair of the new SA arborist type C's and they are lighter than my old pair and super comfy.

If heat is more of an issue the Gladiators do sound the business.

Truth is if its really hot ANY ballistics are too hot.

On days like that I just stick on the Arborwears and pretend I'm American.

don't you think £250 is a bit Ott for chainsaw trouseres?

The price is hideous, but I got nearly 4 years out of my last Stretch Airs with a fair bit of patching and mending.

I've also heard good things about the SIP Progress, but can't speak for the longevity, and they are a fair bit cheaper.

I fully recommend the new krieger chainsaw trousers! Wow!!!!

They are so incredibly light as a chainsaw you will hardly realise you are wearing them.

As an added bonus.... They look amazing!

Check them out at jonsies

They Come in type a or c and are in my opinion the most comfy out there!!

We'll see, $350 Aus. If I can get 24 months out them then every day after is pure profit. Truth is you usually pay for what you get, these come with a reputation that is unusual, I have not spoken to anyone that had a pair and those that have a pair swear by them. I guess time will tell.

Cheers,

Tony
