Rack saw

Anybody have a rough estimate how much a 7 metre wooden rack saw would weigh. I will try and put some photo's up

My timber bench on a previous post weighs around 3/4 ton made from spruce I think

Im asking because my foresian rack mill, built in the mid 50's clocks in at just over 2 ton, it has a steel girder chassis though, and a roof!

mines is similar to the blue one, but the other way round, Ie runs the boards right to left, plus has a secondary blade on the back for crosscutting, its in the middle of a comprehensive restoration as most of the wood is suffering from "old age" and having lived outside all of its life...lol

I have been told it was built in the 1960's and is approx 7 Metres long.

Was wondering whether a double axle caravan chassis would be strong enough to transport it.

Was recently listed on eBay but failed to sell at auction but I now cannot find the pictures. I don't know how to search eBay for items already finished.
