Third-ed, but if you pantin just climb slower so you dont run out of breathe? ;)

 

Jake if you want and are happy to head up nofolk when were having a climb you should come have a climb, rw, hh and unis are normally about.

When your 50 and still climbing your arms wont be the same trust me. Used brute force on three strand and prussik loops for many years, great when your young. Always trying something new to make life easier. I think the pantin is a great idea if its used methodically and like its not a race. Climb smarter and last longer.

Hi Ian, If you have some rec climbs going on I'd really like to tag along if possible, if you could let me know when they are happening it'd beuch apreciated.
