its been on sale forever and a day, has been knocking about on ebay for around £25000 still mounted. Can't fathom out why you'd build it when the stand alone chipper would have done the same job

It was doing the rounds at the APF a while back, its a niece thing, kerbside recycling and you can have your stuff back.

Was built for a local council contract I seem to remember to help fill a green waste recycling quoter I seem to remember, so you would book this thing to turn up shred/chip all you're garden waste, bad it up and leave it for you to use on the garden. Council can then say they have recycled X amounts off greenwaste but not had to pay any transport storage costs etc. everyone's a winner.

I hadn't spotted that, it clearly say's in the top of the ad 'Mercedes Sprinter Greenmech chipper shredder' which tends to imply the truck is with it, no wonder it seemed such a good buy.
