A friend of mine who subbies for a few local tree surgeons has a MS200T with a carving bar on it. We swears by it for doing the thinnings/reductions. He uses a carving bar on his MS200 for coppicing work.

I like the sound of a fine tipped carving bar on my 201t :) great for tight spaces and a reduced kick back zone!

I keep going into the local Stihl dealer just to pick up a 201t and then a 150t to marvel at how tiny and light it feels. Picking up the two together is quite weird.

I seriously want one!

Having read Dan's review on here I bought myself a MS150T. This is probably the best purchase I have made in the last 10 years. This is always my saw of choice when I'm in the tree and only reluctantly ask for the 200 to be sent up.

Get one, you won't regret it!
