Not that i am nosey or nothin but what you up to? Good day doing??

 

Today i have been splitting logs by hand that one of these made!

 

Bout 2 ft across. Tomorrow we collect the 3 ft across stuff. All in 18 inch rounds. We have filled the log store for this winter already. Going to have to build another now! Still got 2 trees worth of ash to split then the old man can rest easy.

Beats taking it down by hand. And always nice to keep my hand in joinering back tomorrow to finish making the trusses for the new roof

Not long got in, spent today forwarding on a local job and somehow managed to get 26 loads out - knees hurt, hands ache and I've got a sunburnt head too

Been drilling spring barley all day.. 100 acres left.. 5am start and should be finished tomorrow.. An end to a miserable harvest, autumn, and spring hasn't been much better..
