We need a thread for giving out , don't know how to do that sorry , last week had a tree to take down , customer was giving 5 days and again a days notice's to ask all around to move there cars , got there and 1 ass hole left his 3 year old BMW right under the tree , so we did the job any way , his wife spent the day looking out the window.

I used to do a lot of work around Hebden Bridge, the hippie capital of west yorks, l since the 60,s, just sheer hard work. Stumpie and the Eco warriors used to chain themselves to the trees.

 

Funny enough, as soon as we got stopped felling they'd be back begging for logs. Seemed to have a real problem understanding that logs came from trees.

 

One afternoon the police ordered us to leave a site. I pointed out that we were on private property, had all the relevant planning consent etc. the ansŵer was, 'well there's twenty of them and only three of you, and your actions are resulting in a breach of the peace' :lol:

But dispite all the above

 

job finally cleared up and all sorted paid and left sight

 

at least payment was there, normaly its at this point you hear,many thanks can you pop back later and Ill square you up or ll forward cheque later

exactly the main thing is i was paid and away safe oh forgot to add i ripped my saw pants on a barbed wire fence aswell but sowed them back together happy day today on a different job burning my arch enemy the leylandi lol

why no spare starter cord or decent saw never take on a job without the kit do do it and spare do the other work just to upset hippies tell police have them there its there job
