Had a play at the weekend

I felled a Box Elder tree in the spring of this year, and spent a very nice afternoon milling it yesterday. I haven’t had the time to do very much mill, so I am very pleased with the results.

some milled dead Elm trees first couple were cut withthe saw before we did the milling , nice burls through all of that chunk at the base of the tree ,still some more of those to do

just for info ,pic one ,the backcut isnt too low , the stump is upside down :-)
