From what I could see almost the same as Jensen which is good thing, they've sorted a few niggley problems the Jensens had, apart from still no having a fuel gauge or an easily accessible fuel tank! Arrrgh, these were first machines of the line, I hear they maybe trying to get round these!

I wonder if they going tobe doing that 7" turntable ,we had a demo late year and thought it was really good machine , think we going to wait to see if Jenson frost bring one out ,are these new machine any cheaper then Jenson prices

Surely this is just the norm nowadays rebranding/slight changes to existing products. I am sure others will follow. Their may be a stein 150 or quad chip just around the corner. It's good marketing gets people talking and interested in either machines Jensen or forst. If there able to source parts them selves at a better exchange rate and build a similar machine and make more money per machine and pass on better discounts to the customers then I say go for it.

 

If it is cheaper then I am a little pissed as I bought a 530 but that was back in may. Ah we'll.

A 7" turntable will be a long way off I expect, it's a complete redesign of the machine as the engine is side mounted as opposed to in line non turntable.

I think Jensen are more involved with this machine than is let on.
