I wouldn't have one unless it was as a method of training for good posture when cutting personally is plumb for the husqvarna 135 my local dealer is knocking them out for well less than £190 inc can't go wrong for a budget buy.

I just bought a husky 135, just before xmas, its not trio brake, but it is a nice little saw for logging. Just did my cs30 with it.

What a waste of the best chainsaw in the last 5 years, putting that contraption on it. Husky will never fail to amaze me how crap they can be.

Hi, I'm about to buy a new saw, and saw one with TrioBrake. I've not seen this before, but it looks like it will be too easy to activate the chain brake with your right hand. Has anyone used it?

Tried it. Didn't like it at all.

The Trio-brake is awkvard and in the way when snedding.

Would never use a trio-brake saw professionally, if I had the choice.

What it is is some lad with an engineering degree has been tasked with developing and designing something extra in the safety department .Thing ios he has probably never used a saw to earn his living . Best intentions and all that ......
