Decided to buy some new arrows for my longbow.....best arrows are Port Orford Cedar......after many years of ignorance I thought I would find out what sub species this is..........amusingly,POC is our old friend Chamaecyparis lawsoniana! Don't know why arrowsmiths are not labelling it as such?...........Or can I re-price/re-label lawson logs?

Also, does any one have experience of Time serts from Wurth?

As heli-coils have failed in exhaust of ms200.

Timeserts are FAR better than Heli-Coils for applications where the fastener is likely to be re-opened and reused in the future.

Heli-Coils are fine for repairing something that's not intended to be ever opened again, but they don't like repeated use.

Timeserts also give you a much better grip in soft alloy stuff.

The kits aren't cheap, but I find them invaluable.
