Same as everything else - different people will have different opinions. My mate has had two over the years and swears by them. Even had a Unimog and a Fastrac on demo in the same week and he felt the Fastrac was far better. Suppose a lot of it depends on what you plan to do with it. Good luck with whatever you decided.

Dont do it, no, really, dont do it. I used to have a fastrac 185. Thought it was brilliant, and then I tried a mog on demo. Far superior bit of kit. Plastic fastrac doesnt lend itself to forestry work.

Crap off road, as witnessed in 1995, actually the tractor was on the hard, but the dump trailer was "off road".

Any reasonable shod 4WD tractor of the same HP would have walked away with it.

Hi Jon, I have a very nice nest egg tucked away. It's part inheritance. Of grandads cash we had to sneak into the system. So gonna spend it on things I enjoy. Why the hell not.
