Powerbar

Does anyone have a Powerbar (I think it's the Powerbar2 now) that fixes in a doorway for chins?

I like the look of it because of the higher than doorway grip position, and the way it gets you away from the doorframe.

Any comments welcome.

Note this isn't the telescopic bar that fits inside a doorframe.

Mark why don't you just pull the cutlery drawer open in the kitchen and use that

Hahahaha

For over all strength, you're better off with a powerbag, they do various KGs, difficult to handle and work the whole body

No, its similar, but the Powerbar frame puts the bar ABOVE the doorframe.

Rich, don't bother, your knees will be on the floor!

Ive got the old one, its good but would only fit one door in my house. and my knees touch the floor when arms are fully stretched out. good for small circuits like 10 pull ups and it off then do 10 press ups on it etc.

Don't forget its up there and try and shut the door though. all goes wrong
