You can port my 201 if you want.

I'm not unhappy with it any more. I was, but it got sorted. But I'd be interested on how much it had in it. Nothing to lose really. Just buy another 201 or use the old 200

That's and interesting offer.

Now just need to first check if meteor do a piston for it. Then see how much a new cylinder and piston is for it. Just incase it goes horribly wrong. :blushing::001_smile:

From what I can gather some have good ones and everyone else has a bad one. I just think it should be better than the 200 as its the next generation but its definitely not

Agreed. It's depressing to hear that most still hate it.

On another note, I've just been into my local Husky dealer who reports that the new Husky top handled will be out in May. He's used it and says it's spot on.

Not my words but here's hoping..............

Concerned to hear of someone near me dropping a 201t onto a wall from 5m. Said it landed bar first and dislodged engine into fins. Expensive fix! I did similar many moons ago with a 020 and it bent the bar. Worried about the durability:cool:

I got one of the early 201ts and at first I didn't like it too much. It feels less powerful and gutless.

THEN after a few tanks through it, and I'd got used to the different feel, i find it a lovely saw.

I think because of the low vibes and the quieter engine its easy to fall into the trap of thinking its less powerful, especially when its succeeding the much loved 200t. Its plenty gutsy enough, and the lag seems to have sorted itself now.

Very happy with it.
