No. I haven't yet said what my quote was going to be. I hadn't fully costed it. Had a feeling that lowest price was going to get it. That's why I gave her a bell before sending the quote in. Good job really, saved me wasting even more time.

and I make my guess 75 quid out the same as matey who you said was the nearest so far. Is there a joint runners up prize? maybe the sums didn't match up on your quote?

If the client doesn't care about your safety and is negligent/ignorant towards their responsibilities as a tree owner in the case of an unsafe tree. I wouldn't want to work for them.

 

Look after number one. Not worth the hassle breaking your back to work for pennies at the end of the day. There are easier ways to make money!

There are indeed easier and safer ways to earn a crust. Unfortunately 16 years ago tree surgery got under my skin.
