He's got one but it's only 7m

 

 

We could have probably lifted it off it's base and put it somewhere out the way Oliver, but it only took a couple of hours to scaffold and he got someone else in to put it up, the scaffold extends over the garage roof also.

 

So are you gonna just drop it in one from about 15 foot and then just roll it over a couple of times down to the chipper. :001_cool:

Do you normally build platforms like that over greenhouses your working over?

 

No but there was no working area at all, the platform came in really handy as a lowering deck, got the tree down today with no speedlining

 

Why not crane it out???

 

He's a farmer Ed, but yes, that was really the only viable way to do it, managed to do it today without breaking anything but I'm knackered

Did that too, it was too far to chuck most but when I got to the very top I could clear the platform and land it behind the chipper.

 

Started at 8.30 and got back in at 6.30 in the dark, longest day I've ever worked, if it hadn't been for a mate it would have been booked as a two day job
