Tomorrows Job

This one is on the cards for tomorrow weather permitting.

Been sat at home this week twiddling my thumbs because of the snow on the ground cleaning up jobs was impossible, so I've picked a non domestic job to start this week where cleanup isn't a big issue.

This job is next to a farm, it has no drop zone whatsoever so we have had to create a 20ft x 14ft one using scaffold, half the tree will be lowered onto the platform we have put up and half will be speed lined over the shed to the right.

Couldn't even use the MEWP because of the lack of drop zone and 35' outreach would only get half the tree.

has farmer not got a big manitu dean, they are the business. used one before with a monster grain bucket and 45 foot reach.:001_smile:

He's got one but it's only 7m

Surely it would have been easier to dismantle and move the greenhouse ( not that the sun shines long enough up there to make a greenhouse worthwhile)

We could have probably lifted it off it's base and put it somewhere out the way Oliver, but it only took a couple of hours to scaffold and he got someone else in to put it up, the scaffold extends over the garage roof also.
