Good to hear!

Im still impressed at the over the phone diagnostic i got from GM years back over an old, used machine, not even purchased from a main dealer or still in the UK!

How you finding the 150? Diesel?

Looks good in Black!

A few years back I was under a GM dealing with a stress control solenoid issue for 20 minutes with someone who walked me through the issue to resolution on a machine they didn’t sell me, not knowing me from Adam.

I have broken many things on many different chippers (of various brands), and the over-the-phone technical support from Greenmech has pulled me out of the mire on numerous occasions. I’ve never phoned them with a GM issue that either Jason or his legendary now-retired colleague Mac couldn’t diagnose and talk me through a fix in minutes. (And I’ve never bought a new machine from them, I’ve only ever bought second hand, so they haven’t in any way been obliged to offer the support they do).
It makes me laugh/cringe when I see other manufacturers fob customers off straight to their dealers when technical support is sought - the backup from GM is second-to-none and freely given, and has saved me untold inconvenience and downtime.
They are a brilliant company employing brilliant people!

Can’t fault greenmech either had a roller go during first lockdown and even though on restricted staff they sorted it all out in under 24 hrs and had another one ready for me. The machines are fab too, the mudguards on our quadchip are terrible though and keep breaking but most liking to driver error. Want a 8inch quadchip now with the big boy engine in it.
