my little elm arrived today, well packaged and ready for the spot i have prepared, lets hope it survives.

 

very impressed with the quality for the price.

 

Where did yours come from and how much if you don't mind me asking .

You guys might find this video interesting. My own experience with Bonsai has taught me that Beech don't respond well to my care, have had two lovely ones that just died overnight or so it seemed...

My dads got one of my larches I started 16 years ago and it looks pretty good now ! All the ones I have tried to look after and keep indoors seem to die , the out doors ones i gave kept faired better.

Chinese elm usually last me a few months I over water or under water can't work it out! .. You can bonsai anything though it just takes time, the larch above is good testimony to that!
