Best I ever tasted ..

Friends of mine got a load of whisky barrels to scrap, while breaking them apart there's always a few litres in the bottom that's been sitting for a good few years... WOW.

What is the best you've tasted aicchalmers?

a few years ago I went round a distillery and one of the things they showed us was a 100 year old barrel of whisky but it was only half full due to evaporation when I asked how they got the alcohol levels back up he gave me a load of waffle and did not answer the question

Why had the level of alcohol dropped?

The evaporation is the Angels share!
