Legally you should ask the council if you need a hawkers licence. Many councils will say they do not enforce this but a few do. I did this a few years ago with bags of potatoes in simular areas. Was very good!!!!!

Noticed even lidl & aldi are selling logs in bags now but they only stock em in winter for a few months, must be the demand our there, dunno about all yr round though?
