Good news

Born to my daughter at lunchtime,Charlie Reggie 9 lb 6 oz opted for water birth.Her husband,in navy,rushed from plymouth to kings lynn and arrived just in time.

On the ward she's had the biggest baby in the shortest time,off to see him tonight,then may have a cider when i get back.

Appen a good job it was a water birth as at that weight no doubt their was watering pouring from her eyes. Have to say I do have the utmost respect and admiration for the 'fairer sex' and their pain tolerance in child birth...I'd tears in my eyes just readingthe post.
