Anyone know why this happens to timberwolf/entec Tw 150 machines? at the moment I'm using the good ol' bungee method.

It started happening when one of the v belts snapped and stripped the coating from the throttle cable.

Happens to some of our Jensens too. Just chech tht the nuts are tight enough.

 

Happened with the jensen we had at college, just tightened the nuts, and put it back in position.

Later models had a return spring fitted at the injector pump end, this is very easy to retro fit to earlier models, new cables i'm sure are under £50.00 and anyhow in 6mths time it will wear the same, all 150's from the factory should have been supplied with a bungee as standard
