I see the arb show is coming up in june, and have a few questions if you dont mind. As i have said im currently looking into buying a mill, iwill also need a chainsaw mill if i go down the bandsaw mill route and a powerful chainsaw,

My question is if i wait till the show are there likely to be mills there i can see in use, will i get a better deal at the show on things like chainsaws and ppe etc, and finally anyone any idea what its likely to cost to get in. Thx for the help.

As a vendor of many shows here stateside, might I suggest finding out who will be exhibiting first and contact by phone or email to see what will be on display. Like anything else a informed consumer is the exhibitors best customer. Happy Hunting.

James, I'll enquire with my colleague Simon Richmond who manages the 'ARB SHOW' and get back to you tomorrow, hopefully.

Cheers..

Hi James,

To date, unfortunately, there are no machinery exhibitors doing chainsaw milling but it is still 'early days' and we remain optimistic (particularly as it's none APF year.)
