need a little info and help south norfolk council

i need to know the number and name for the TO in the South Norfolk Council and how easy going is him and or is him/her one to tick to there guns and there no talking to as i have a friend in the south Norfolk council area but close to Norwich wick have a little wood that use to be coppiced wood well around 50 year ago it was but since then owners have come and go and my friend has end up buying the land and some of the trees have got him worried i have taken a quick look and have notice some heavy learners that is about 30-40feet away from a line of bungalows there is a popular that's half up rooted and approx 95ft tall there are a few nice beech and chestnuts there but alot of trees IMO that are rubbish that are trees about 8inch diameter and around 60ft but grown in all shapes and other trees have deep hollows hole in them and quite a few other trees have some large dead limbs my friend don't know if there on TPO if they are he would like to get rid of any dangerous or rubbish and rotten stuff and replant up with native trees also to mention all the bungalows have gates the lead into the wood area and kis play in there so anyone can help with the TO NAME AND CONTACT DETAILS AND HOW THERE ARE OR CAN SOMEONE OF HERE BE ABLE TO HELP OUT BY HAVING A PROPER LOOK AT THESE TREE'S AS I HAD A QUICK LOOK FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES FOR ROUGHLY 70+ TREES IN A SMALL AREA

if your friend owns the wood then you need to get hold of the TPO officer at the council arrange a site visit show the trees and if he is agreement that they are unsafe and need felling will give you the paperwork to go ahead. no need to get hold of the leader he will just pass it on and it will end up as bio waste in local incinerator this is the link for them http://www.south-norfolk.gov.uk/.../Planning-application_form_15.pdf

Like Jamie said Robin Taylor, was very good with us when we approached them to do some removal of over hanging trees/remedial works to part of their woodland in berghapton. Maybe because he was getting free work but seemed good. Oh and very good when a TPO'd lime fell over in cringleford, gave him a ring, details and took a picture that i emailed too him.
