I've not seen anything like the lilac fungi either but a bit of a search suggests Lilac Fibrecap, Inocybe geophylla var. lilacina, as a possiblity. Apparently common and deadly.

I found another one of these. 

Irony of it all is that it was on a tree 500m  from the Uni where the Professor works who has found one example in 30 years.

 

My wife gave him my first find which David identified for me.

Agree with Paul re the Velvet Shanks and Shaggy Parasol. Last one will probably be Ganoderma.

Among the potential candidates, also agree this is the likeliest, owing to the colours, stem surface texture and (initially) quite pointed cap shape.

No 3 is a bit far gone.

Yep, looks like Reticularia lycoperdon. Common and it'll gradually go grey/brown.

Yep, that's an older version of the slime mould posted up a few days ago by @Paul Cleaver . So, Reticularia lycoperdon or false puffball.
