That looks like witches' butter, Tremella mesenterica.

 

Very pretty, but bland and no real texture.

Although if you found them in great enough quantity, you could simmer them in sugar syrup then dry them slightly in a low oven (or dehyrdator), to crystalise them in the same way as the very-pleasant jelly tooth fungus, Pseudohydnum gelatinosum, or "nature's Haribo" as I like to call them.

There has been a selection of mushrooms around this last week. Can't tell you what they all are. But it would be worth knowing as they are all in easily accessible areas.
