A lot of thefts at the moment. Saw on fb that someone near my parents had there truck broken in to and a lot of saws nicked. Aswell as some 4x4s having there cats cut off!

Some real scum out there.

Can Stihl UK/Ireland not send out or have (a date base) a list of all stolen machines (part number)to all suppliers to let them know if a saw turns up to hold it , call the police ???

Or maybe they do I don't know.

Sorry to hear of your loss, 10 years ago I was contracting in north west Kent and I lost a transit and entec chipper, never to be seen again. Sadly that part of the world has more than its fair share of thieving types.

Sorry to hear of your loss mate,just getting worse,i sleep with my head 6" from the window looking out onto my front yard,and as i have to get up a couple of times a night for a leak,i always have a quick shufty out over my back yard while ime up.

Hope you get some of it back.
