and ag registered too :)

 

If you're using the vehicle for work, how can it be ag registered as to comply with the regulations, you will have to meet the following criteria:

 

"Vehicles used just for agriculture, horticulture and forestry

 

This includes tractors, agricultural engines and light agricultural vehicles used off-road. It also includes ‘limited use’ vehicles used for short journeys (not more than 1.5 kilometres) on the public road between land that’s occupied by the same person."

 

This is from the Gov.uk web site. So I read that as you could only operate that vehicle on the road within 1.5km of your base and only to go to land owned by you. Or am I missing something???

its a timber truck thats ag registered if that was the case unimogs would be in the same category it has hydrolic ptos and bolsters for timber ive used it miles from home not a problem.

 

Well nearly every timber wagon on the road has timber bolsters and a hydraulic PTO, why cant they be ag registered?
