Tennis elbow all good now Steve, although I'm really careful about aggravating it.

I've got bloody golfers elbow now! I think that's from doing undergrip chins, so I've switched to overgrip.

I had them both at the same time once :(.  Bloody painful.

Slight arthritis in my right knee and right wrist. I’ve had the hydrocortisone injection in my knee and it was great for two days. Circuit training and climbing has been the best help for it oddly enough.
It’s when I stop moving tat it starts to creak a bit.

Yeah, i was diagnosed with an arthritic hip when i was 30 and the doc told me to stop playing rugby to preserve the hip.
I'm convinced that had i continued to play rugby the stretching and exercise would have benefited me. I doubt the deterioration rate would have changed much and i certainly wouldn't have had the drastic muscle wastage that i did.

White finger has got me at the age of 31 thanks to strimmers and chainsaws.

Thats a young age!  I think strimmers are worse than chainsaws though.  Have you been using older models as a rule?  Do you wear gloves?  I think any glove has to be better than none.  I have tried anti vibration gloves but they were just too think to work comfortably in

Yeah not a great age to get it and I'm a long way from retirement  (I'm 32!) Yeah strimmers aren't great but I also put it down to hedge cutting as well. At college you get told of the potential of white finger but not the difference between the cheap end of the market and the higher end which seems to have between comfort and better anti vibration. I don't like gloves to be honest but now I have to to keep my fingers warm. With out gloves I cant last more than 15 - 20 mins on a strimmers or hedge cutter. The saws aren't to bad as your not always holding them unless your logging up and they have better anti vibe as standard.
