"O dear"

Rich Im having second thoughts of posting pictures of my workbench, I might get unthanked zillions of times and lose all my points. It will be like going back to Sonic the hedgehog on the megadrive, were you stay up all night because if you turn off(log out) you have to start all over again!:scared1:

We have all entered the matrix, the deeper you go the more it seems to cave in on you.:pcguru:

Nt sure I'm actually going to like or get all this.

So the thanking thing is so you can thank people for there input. But also other people can see there thanks and how many they have. So for example.

If two techies give advice and each are different the asker can look at there thanks and go with the most thanks...... Sounds like a points system to me. :confused1:

The bars thing is for prizes. To me this seems silly. Points mean prizes and all that. So by posting more then you get more points and win prizes. Seems a bit gameshowie to me.

I have no fear over what I post or any advice I give. Some are very good with describing what they need to get accross a point. I however need certain things in front of me to diagnose a problem as its the way my brain works. For this I will not get many points or thanks as I hold off a lot on posts as I don't know how to word it.

Anyway. Do we really need to encourage posts and advice. To me it seems its always given and taken regardless???

Or is it all just me. :confused1:

I remember Arbtalk before its current set up. Its changed before and I'm sure it will change again when it needs to. Its nothing more and nothing less. Just one more button for me to press on my phone with my oversized sausage fingers

You're thinking and worrying too much about it Rich.....just wait and see what comes of it, I wont do what im planning if I re0assess it and decide its a bad idea. And as Tommy eluded to, Arbtalk didn't get to the stage its at by sitting still and not playing around with new ideas. Lots of stuff has changed in the past 5 years and will continue doing so.

Guess you knew what I was on about this morning then Steve:001_huh:

So why do these things come and go? Are we just being tested for observation? Or are you accidentally making them live and then quickly inactivating them?

I have to enable it to test changes I make, then disable it while im working on it.
