Hitch Hiker thread.

It's certainly good to try different things but those are long legs in your photo. I found long legs on the hitch meant more sit back, later disengagement and worse of all, unreliability in grabbing.

Hmm, I've not found that at all with that cord.

PM your address and I'll send you some to try.

Just a thought that popped into my head this morning, so how come the HH hasnt had as much phenomenal success as the zigzag, uni and rope wrench?? Just thinking about the RW hype before it went to market which the HH never really had??

I'd guess wrench over hh is because rw was 'the first', Kevin is involved with this forum, and you can buy the wrench over here... Now it has ISC behind it, surely a bigger player than ropetek with more clout?

And it's better....:001_tt2::lol:

Obviously I'm kidding, other climbing aids are available.

I'd say it's cos the ZK1 was the first device. It was like a 'revolution'. I know the Uni was already established but the price...........!

The HH seems very popular in the US and I also think there is a cultural difference. Here we don't like new stuff and revel in being down trodden with second best. This ethos allows us to queue up and complain.

The Americans designed their own culture and strive to be better and dominate. Not wishing to derail though.

Mainly, the RW was the first IMO.
