OMTC have you tried AP cord with the HH?

 

Been thinking it would be good as usually it grips way too well.

 

No I have not. One thing I do know is that Paul Cox, (the creator) and his band of helpers, tried almost every conceivable permutation of hitch cord/rope combination.

After it all, Paul concluded that his original combo worked best and the helpers eventually agreed.

Some guys use different cords and ropes but they may be because they already had them when the bought a HH. I already had Poison HiVee.

 

I'd quite like to try KV111 or similar but can't justify buying another rope yet.

 

What do you use?

Beeline supplied, not that I've even used my HH yet.

Why?

I'm not using my arms to do much. If you think that SRT climbing is all about the arms, you have no comprehension of what it is.:sneaky2:

 

When climbing on a single line, you use your leg muscles mostly, hence the necessity of a Pantin, as has been mentioned on numerous occasions on the other SRT related threads.:001_tt2:
