seems than none of the above bar castrol actually refine their own oil , interesting to know who actually produces 2 stroke for them

 

Husky XP is from stat oil, but is to their own recipe or 'package' to be more precise.

Interesting because (going from memory which isnt that good)

Silkolene 2 stroke is mainly for mx/off road comp engines which are now mostly water cooled and in their blurb it says somewhere for watercooled, and I read in a few places not to use that type of oil in air cooled:confused1:

 

Not sure if thats down to running temp or clearances with water cooled closer tolerances.

Sell less now as we sell loads of Aspen premix.
