need advice on a truck i just bought

i have bought a iveco daily crew cab tipper a week ago and i thought it was a 3.5ton since getting it back i found out that its a 4.6ton truck and at only 24 and having the basic driving license i cant drive it i under stand that it can be down rated/ down grade to 3.5ton but to to do this i need at lest 750kg pay load but the truck with me as driver weighs in at 3120kg empty so some how i need to shave of 370kg some how to do this no idea what to get rid off to get me down to about 2750kg

 

or would i be able to change the v5 logbook to change it from HGV to forestry/agriculture vehicle would that mean i would be able to use the truck for work driving it on the road and would the weight still matter if no how would i go on about changing the classification from HGV TO AGRI/FORESTRY pro and cons anyone ?

if i have to do the test then i would need a operators licenses services checks every so often trough the year the same as a over HGV like 7.5 ton lorry's do and i cant be doing with all the extra work like tacho records driver records the expensive insurance for the HGV the down time of these services and all the other agro that comes with a HGV classed truck

And then get your operators licence, and then sort out planning permission to keep it at your property, and then organise/pay for 12 weekly checks, and then realise you might as well run a 7.5 tonner if your going to all those lengths and 4.6 tonne is a bit of a pointless size...

Get it sold and buy something 3.5 tonne, or unbolt everything you can, go on a diet, put £2 of diesel in it, get it re-weighed and then re-assemble once re-plated but spend every day running illegally overweight. I'd suggest get rid and get something more suitable personally.

Just do your license to allow you to drive, HGV? Saves all the agg. You know it makes sense in the long run.

 

Yes but wont he need operators licence aswell. If you get that may aswell run a proper 7 tonne jobbie. Dont the less honest down rate then take the rap for being over weight if caught, if it goes to court you can prove its not dangerous as its well within its original design capacity. I would rather see that than a 3.5tonne tranny with 3 tonne of chip on.
