big bits craning off there, no helmet cam? what size crane did you have looks like a fair few tons worth of lifts there! :thumbup1:

You would have had a cracking view of the Ivy, I spent a lot of time on the radio asking how big becasue I couldnt see anything but ivy.

 

Without the ivy that job would have been at least an hour quicker if not 2

We had a 60 tonne crane, the driver said the trunk which was approx 3mts long weighed 3 tonnes. My Mog could not lift it and it can pick a transit van with ease. I estimate the tree weighed around 20 tonne all in.

 

The wood was very wet, I did notice some of the upper limbs were weeping after being cut, just like when the sap is rising.
