Sorry for wrong section, I did try to hunt the correct thread.

 

Basically when you get a notification from the ArbTalk App, and it comes up on the locked screen. If you also have another notification i.e. Text Message or Email awaiting on the locked screen. When you slide the notification across to view directly. The ArbTalk app loads then automatically closes and goes back to the Home Screen.

Most likely a cookie issue...you probably have them disabled so when you refresh the page your browser doesnt remember you as being logged in.
