Porting my 372xp and 390xp

What's everyone's view on this?

 

 

will I notice the difference?

 

 

Is it worth sticking a raised air intake on the 372xp?

 

 

And how much would it all cost?

O.K. It will be worth it . Both my 372 and 390 have the high top filters . They will be going to spud for porting when I can find a gap in work and Spud has a gap in his hectic scheduled . I have a 346 that spud has ported and and it is in a totally different league to the standard saw . So yes it is worth it if you get it done by some one who knows there stuff . Spud does . end off .

I will be porting a 372 very soon, from what I have seen so far, it looks like there will be a lot that can be done as the piston has full skirts similar to the 346 and 357, both of which port well.

 

Not done a 390XP yet.

I would be interested in having my 346xp and 385xp next year too, but could do with a price too

hi the 372 will fiy if done right done lots of them.....for comps and 390xp is a good saw for a port job to my 390 would run a 42" all day and still put bigger saw to shame....
